Hello, my name is Eric Veal and I use this site to keep track of French Dip reviews. I *really* love French Dip sandwiches and want to provide a platform for people to get reviews. (And provide reviews). (And also to give me an excuse to try a lot of French Dips.
I'm also a huge French Dip fan!! I love the French Dip at Mick Kelly's Irish Pub in Burien, WA. I get it without the onions and cheese though. I'm a purist. Come down to B-Town and review it!
ReplyDeleteChloe, thanks for the comment! Good to know you're a purist. Me, too, but for the purposes of my reviewing, I prefer to order the dip as it's provided on the menu. Based on your feedback, I added a "Glossary" page http://frenchdipreviews.blogspot.com/p/glossary.html and "Purist" as the first term. I also added the Mick Kelly's dip to my "Review Queue", which you can see on the right hand side of the non-mobile, browser version of blog.
